The doctor says it's because his foreskin is too thick so sometimes fluid is stuck down there, causing bacterial growth. He would have to be circumcised soon to avoid this from recurring. Which is too bad, because I've always thought of circumcision as a "rite of passage". (Symptoms of our patriarchal, feudal culture. ;))

Hopefully, Julian will get through that quickly as well.</description>

		<description>Good to hear about Julian recovering quickly. My wife's nephew also has UTI which makes me wonder since UTI is previously pretty uncommon for the male population. Maybe it is our dependencies on the disposable diapers?
