She sneaked up on me. She did it on her own. And she told me over the phone.

(Err, rhyme ‘yun, a. Heh.)

I’m talking about taking an ultrasound exam to determine the sex of our new baby, of course. It’s official: we have another boy. We were hoping for a baby girl, but we gladly accept whatever God gives. :) We thank Him for keeping the baby healthy and safe.

*For non-Filipino readers, the title is roughly translated, “My wife’s got a man!” (or more appropriate a boy), but then you’d miss the subtlety of layers and subcontexts in the language. ;)

I’ll be gunning for RHCE by first quarter of next year.

Am on RHCT training

with one comment

(Blogging through Touch Solutions’ free WiFi connection. :))

Just finished the first part (Troubleshooting and system maintenance) of the Red Hat Certified Technician (RHCT) certification exam. In the end, experience really is the best teacher. :)

On to the second part (Installation and configuration) in an hour.

More on this later. (I’ll also post my notes on the training later here or in my wiki.)
